CAM SWITCHES
Kraus & Naimer offers seven series of cam switches to provide the best technical and cost-effective solution for your needs, making it the world’s largest and most comprehensive line of cam switches. While other brands offer only a single model, Kraus & Naimer provides a wide range of solutions. Our line of switches ranges from 1 mA to 315 A under load and up to 2,400 A without load. The variety of contact and terminal technologies ensures that Kraus & Naimer switches are universally applicable. All our switches feature positive opening and double break. Switches up to 25 A in the CA series are protected against accidental contact (IP20), have captive screws, and include a screwdriver guide. We offer switches with 2 to 6 contacts per chamber and the capability to build switches with up to 36 positions and 48 contacts in a single column.
LOW-VOLTAGE DISCONNECT SWITCH – KG SERIES
The KG Series disconnect switches were developed to meet the most stringent national and international switching standards. We offer the safest product with forced operation for both opening and closing the contacts, and with insulation distances greater than those required by the standards. All KG series disconnect switches feature protection against accidental contact, a screwdriver guide, and captive screws. They are available in 3-, 4-, or 8-pole configurations and come with a wide range of accessories, such as: extended shaft, padlock lockout, ground terminal, neutral terminal, auxiliary contacts, etc.
PLASTIC PROTECTIVE BOXES
Protective enclosures are available in various sizes for 3-, 4-, or 6-pole disconnect switches and 3- or 4-pole transfer switches in the KG series. The protective enclosures are made of UV-A and UV-B-resistant plastic with high mechanical strength and are self-extinguishing. They are resistant to temperature fluctuations (-45°C to 115°C), have an IP65/67 protection rating, and are particularly suitable for the food industry. All enclosures feature ample internal space for wiring. They are supplied with a ground terminal and three cable glands.
